So my plan promo ended and jumped to 85$. That same day (after the bill had been posted but before the billing period) I change over to a 45$ plan. Still on my account page it said my due owed was 85$, the person who helped me change my plan said it would update in a few days. a few days go by and it does not update, so I contact another customer service associate and they say that my bill on their end shows I owe 45$ but it shows 85$ for me because bills are only released once and not updated afterwards... So i've paid $45 and it still says I owe $40. Can someone please confirm that i will not be charged a late fee and that at the bill due date, this remaining balance will dissappear?
