So . . . you increase rates, then warn people people about going over their internet data usage and being charged extra, but then there is no way to make changes online or get a hold of an agent to discuss what the options are for the customer. Seems like shady business to me. I have tried to live chat, call, leave a message to get a call back, looked at trying to send one of the agents on the forum a message but can't find that option, and now this. It doesn't show much empathy for your customers when your not around to assist them when their in need of your help.
