I just got Flex 2 weeks ago, and haven't been able to use Netflix at all, even to sign in. The app crashes everytime I open it. After visiting the forum, I noticed this has been an ongoing issue for customers since November 2019. How has this not been fixed?? I tried restarting the app, the Flex, my modem, unplugging, etc. There was even an option on the flex under Help> Troubleshooting> Reset Netflix> Restart Netflix which says "Resolve common app launch issues." This does nothing. I've tried multiple times and restarting the Flex. It's obvious that Xfinity is aware, so it should be fixed by now.
