I'm trying to upgrade my TV service though "Change Service" and I get all the way to the point where it asks to "See My Deals", but every time it takes me to a page that says I need to contact a customer service representative. Has anyone else had this happen? I really do not want to spend an hour online with a Comcast rep. I've done it before and it is so painful. It looks like I really should be able to do it online, but the system won't seem to let me. Anyone have any ideas on how I can upgrade without having to call someone? Thanks.
