I recently purchased Xfinity Wifi to be delivered to my apartment on August 15th, but I did not receive a confirmation email. When trying to access my account, the name is not my name that I used to make the purchase, instead it is "xoc" and does not give me the option to change it. It keeps saying that it is still activating my account so I can't access or change anything on it. For example, it says "Thanks for your purchase, xoc! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." The $50 charge was applied to my debit card, but I still do not know if my order processed because there was no confirmation email. Can someone help with this? Thanks!
