I've started to have the same issue starting a day ago. Either typing in the web address or using Lastpass to go to a website, I get the "Access Denied" message. For example, typing in "https://washingtonpost.com" results in the Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://washingtonpost.com" on this servier. I've used 3 different computers, 4 different browsers and my phone and still get this result. As of this time, I'm working with my bank to restore access to my online banking. Also, I'm going through my list of logins to check other websites. So far, I'm having this issue with six, and I feel I'm going to find more. Something has changed somewhere and I've yet to find what it may be. Most troubleshooting reccomendations I've found refer to DNS problems. Running the Network Troubleshooter in Windows 10 always results in same answer: "contact website owner to obtain permission."
