My internet has been spotty for over a year, finally got a technician here over 2 months ago, he said I had a very a very week signal and need the underground cable replaced. He said it would take 14 days to get this done after he turned the service order inafter 2n weeks a tech came and said he had the wrong equipment, after another week another tech came out and said he had the wrong equipment, this past Friday the 9th I called support again after several times, he told me they were scheduled on the thirteenth. On the afternoonof the ninth another tech showed up and promised he would get results and would make a note that customer requeste an aerial cable. Here is the 15th and still no one, what can I do?
