When Xfinity tech comes out and determines that a new line is needed - after having laid the old one less than a year ago - how come it is on the customer to mark irrigation system? I was told by the tech that it would be marked just like the gas/power lines from the state to ensure none of the lines are getting pinched. So when I called customer service to confirm this will be done I was told it's actually on the customer to mark where the lines are. Since Comcast is the service provider I find it ridiculous that this is put on the customer.
