I have three accounts with you, one for my business one for my daughter, and the most recent one I added for our residence. I have been trying to set up this account to access for over a month. Two weeks ago I was on the phone with one of your representatives for an hour, and at the end of the conversaqtion was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. It's now been another 2 weeks. I am withholding payment until you resolve this issue, and you may be in jeapordy of losing the other two accounts as well. Please resolve my seemingly simple request.
