I had Xfinity internet for 2 years at my old place but it wasn't associated with my comcast account, I think because I went to an xfinity store in person. I always just used the "pay any bill without signing in" option to pay. Now I moved out and cant figure out how to cancel the internet? I keep getting bills (forwarded to me at my new address) but I think they are for the new tenants internet, because they are substantially higher than what I used to pay. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I need an account number any time I try to cancel my service and I dont have that.
