I was told when i start service that i would not have a deposit on my first bill since im in contract. I do have a deposit on my first bill and i have contacted at least 10 representatives and noone has fixed the bill. One even told me i would have to pay it and i would be refunded in six months. This is the worst customer service on the planet and the worst first month of any company I have ever experience. im going to cancel this.
