Hello, my website is also having this issue. It used to work, but was randomly blocked earlier this week. We have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, Comcast support was of zero help, and the issue persists. As previous contributors have said, this is accessible through any other ISP and through cellular networks. Host is not blocking my IP. We also need our website to be added to the whitelist. We have been Comcast customers for two decades, and cannot belive that we aren't being offered better support. We need this to be fixed as soon as possible.
