I can no longer see my final bill and site tells me access denied. I cancelled service months ago due to excessive pricing. Due to the covid 19 issue, I have not been able to turn in my equipment, and received a late fee. I now also can’t pay my last service bill because I can’t access billing. The stores around me are still closed, and I am getting phone calls from debt collectors. This is disappointing considering the situation I am in. I need an agent to reach out to me to resolve this.
