Cable TV just randomly keeps shutting off for 10 to 15 min at a time, 3or4 times a day. Unplug the power to reset and works for a day or 2. Was sent a new HD box and it's doing it worse than what we sent back. There isn't anywhere in the app to schedule an appointment! How the heck can we get a tech to the house to check the lines? Getting old when service works half the time and you pay 200 a mth for bad service!
