Guys. I haven't had wavedir mail in a week now. Not even filtered to my junk. I'm not saying this is the answer because I have no clue, really, but it's the only thing I think I am doing differently than you all. IN ADDITION to creating junk rules that send wavedir to junk, I would visit the junk box each day and forward each wavedir email AS AN ATTACHMENT to email@example.com. That way you are informing Comcast directly about each and every piece of junk. I think if everyone flooded this box with their wavedir spam, wouldn't they be more inclined to work on this problem in an expeditious manner? Just try it. It's a PITA but for now mine has stopped. I'll report back if it starts back up again. Oh, and I never once tried unsubscribing. I didn't want to risk it.

I, too, get this spam. It started 2 weeks ago and I got 1 each day, sometimes 2. I set up a junk filter in outlook simply filtering anything with "wavedir" in the "from" and it has been sending them to junk successfully. But everytime I get one, I still forward it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. At least then the techs at Comcast have the source info. This spam is still coming in but it is slowing down. Hopefully Comcast will figure out how to prevent it from getting through. I suggest everyone forward these emails as attachments to the missed spam email listed above.
