The same thing happened to me after returning 3 cable boxes that did not work properly within the last 2 months. I called Comcast and was told that this box does not pair with more than 1 remote. Now my husband in his chair and I in mine have to get up and walk over to a central table every time o

The remotes I have tried to pair with the latest cable box are XR15v2 (like the one I paired with the box) and XR11. The additional remotes blink between red and green for a couple seconds and then turn off and will not set up. Thank you for trying
