Trying to get new Xfinity service to new construction townhomes in Central Denver. The old building that has now been replaced used to have Comcast Business, but the change to residential has confused EVERYONE at Comcast we've talked to. We have been given a non-serviceability Location record number:1741007. Our neighbor has Comcast, and there used to be service to this site, but they haven't been able to set up new service. We have a number to the "Comcast Construction Resource Line", but nobody answers and the voice mailbox is full.
Please help. We do not want to go to your competitor, but soon will be forced to. They (Century Link) are ready to provide service now.
