I am having the same problem and it appears many others are too.
Internet keeps disconnecting repeatedly after a few minutes of use. I continue to have to go to Network Diagnostics on my Mac and just run through their check and it then goes back on. Then it reconnects again and I have to do it all over again. Every single time now that I am on the internet.
I am paying over $300 per month and expect better. Please provide a solution. With so many having the same problem, it cannot be an issue within our environments. Something is going on with Xfinity's end and it is disrupting business.
