Our bill is set up to be paid automatically through our credit card on file. The payments have been made on time from January 2020 through March 2020.
Our last bill, dated 4/24/2020, indicates two payments were due for payment, one of them was late, and included a $10.00 late fee.
I would like to know why the payment wasn't taken from our credit card on time and why we were charged a $10.00 late fee.
This should not have happened. Please advise.
