For whatever reason, whenever I try to set up a move for my Xfinity Internet, as soon as I hit the Get Started prompt It's followed by a We're Sorry page. The page simply says to contact support with a link, I click the link and end up on the contact page, it leads me to the chatbot and when I tell it that I can't set up my move it takes me back to the Get Started page.
I've been in this stupid loop for two weeks, I move in four days. Since it's looking like I won't be able to contact anyone or properly set-up a move, can I just bring my router with me to my new place and plug it up and whatnot??
