This issue has been going on for about a week. I have restarted and also factory reset my modem. I am wired into my modem and this issue is also on all my device.

The next photo shows the downstream, upstream, and CM error codewords(if thats helpful)
The rest of the images are all downstream (idk why but I have to scroll to see them)
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. At this time I honestly can't think of anything else I can do. I have reached out to different supports but the one on messenger said it would connect me to an agent in 30 minutes and its been over a day.
