For the past few weeks I've noticed an extreme drop in my internet speed, to the point where I cannot hold a conference call without it cutting out. I'm currently paying for Extreme Pro+ which advertises up to 600mbps but barely getting 15mbps on the speed test. Mind you this wasn't an issue until about a few weeks ago.
I've tried reseting the modem, speaking with multiple agents who seemed to resolved the issue intermittenltly by "sending refresh signals". But it slows back down within minutes. I understand everybody is in quarantine and could only attribute the issue to everybody overloading the bandwidth in my neighborhood. Is that even possible?
Just want some answers because I can barely work from home given these circumstances.
