They keep saying the same thing over and over to restart your modem and wait for a few 15 sec. Then they will tell you it might be the coax but I have the same problem I am not sure how many hours you don't have internet connection. But for me I don't have internet connection for 12 hours this company is getting worst as the years past by. They love to charge everything but can't even have their service right when it is their fault.
