I had an appointment with a technician this weekend to set up Internet at my new address. However since my modem was still being used at my old address I wanted to defer adding the device to my account. The technician said he cancelled the appointment. Now when I go to the address on the account it shows this address as having no plans. If I try to shop for Internet service I get:

I am the account owner and I have (had?) a new customer plan... until now. Can I get the plan re-added to my account?
