Noticing some erratic behaviors with my service, I began troubleshooting by power-cycling my Netgear CM1150V cable modem. It took much longer to completly reconnect than I've experienced in the past, and the Upstream LED indicator remains in a blinking green state, indicating partial service. To be thorough, I also initiated another modem reset remotely through the Xfinity on-line support site, and had the same result; i.e. very slow to complete and upstream indicator still blinking green. Here are the details I can see from the modem: Netgear CM1150V Hardware Version 1.01 Firmware Version V4.02.02 Cable Modem Serial Number Removed for this post CM Certificate Installed CM MAC Removed for this post Upstream Bonded Channels (Partial Service) Channel Lock Status US Channel Type Channel ID Symbol Rate Frequency Power 1 Locked ATDMA 1 5120 Ksym/sec 35600000 Hz 38 dBmV 2 Not Locked Unknown 2 0 Ksym/sec 29200000 Hz 0.0 dBmV 3 Not Locked Unknown 3 0 Ksym/sec 22800000 Hz 0.0 dBmV 4 Not Locked Unknown 4 0 Ksym/sec 16400000 Hz 0.0 dBmV 5 Not Locked Unknown 0 0 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV 6 Not Locked Unknown 0 0 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV 7 Not Locked Unknown 0 0 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV 8 Not Locked Unknown 0 0 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV Suggestions?
