I am trying to return my deceased fathers leased equipment. I have closed his account and have log in ability, but can no longer make changes to the account. This also does not allow me to select equipment on the returns page. I would like to avoid going to a store, can anyone please assist me in printing a label? i have the equipment, serial number and the bill with the unreturned charge. Any help would be appreciated.
