I swear the xfinity website has been overtaken by Hal9000 because it seems to know I need to downgrade my service to a more affordable plan & it won't let me do it. Everytime I go to "Manage Plan" and click shop for the best deals (or any other link to find a better bundle) it always ends up "I'm sorry.....please contact customer support." I've also tried the chat link to see if that is a viable alternative that might work. That too ends up back to the "I'm sorry.....please contact customer support." Customer service does not work either. Is there something I am missing or is it going to be "I'm sorry.....I'm afraid we can't do that" pertaining to downgrading my service.
