RNG110 cable box data light continually flashing

RNG110 cable box no longer working properly. The green power light is on but the yellow data light continues to flash and there is an error message on the TV screen "Reference code SOaOO". I have turned the box on and off several times, but cannot solve the problem. Is there a quick solution to the
