Yes, I was able to get passed that page by having to point the remote at the box (which is in a separate cabinet. ) The TV was no longer receiving the signal from the remote.
Now unfortunately I am stuck at the page that says we are having problems connecting to my cable. I tried tightening everything, restarting the box and even restarting my modem and nothing seems to be working. Hoping I can get a technician to remotely help me. Any other thoughts?
