I just found out today that I no longer have WeTV. I renewed my subscription and was told that my channel line up would remain the same. I was never told that I would lose WeTV and I’m very disappointed. I noticed that some of my shows were not recording and then when I went to the channel today to try to watch it live I was shocked to find out that I didn’t have the service. This is terrible customer service and false advertisement. I feel like I was lied to and from what I’ve been reading there is no way to get the channel back. I would have never updated my service if I had known I was going to lose WeTV. This is terrible service Xfinity and I’m considering cancelling even if I have to pay a fee to cancel it. I am completely disgusted about being lied to about this. I pay over $200 a month for service for you one of the main channels I watch to be taken from me without my knowledge. I want to know if there is any way possible to get this channel back before I cancel my service. Even if I have to pay separately for the channel, I am willing to do that.
