Hello, I’m really hoping you all can help me. I recently moved into a new construction home. I tried to transfer my service online, but the address didn’t register in your system (again new construction). I called Comcast to do the transfer and they said they would send the serviceability team to my neighborhood to see if they serviced the area, but all they did was call me two days later to say they don't see my address in your system. That was on March 6 and thus far the serviceability team has been too lazy to come out. I talked to an agent the other day(ticket number: <Edited>) and she sees the ticket has gone unanswered, but she has no way to contact the team but to update the ticket in hopes that they answer (the ticket they have been ignoring for 3 weeks). I tried to go to another provider, but they can’t get to me for another 2 weeks because of a technical issue with their server and by that time the city could be shut down due to coronavirus. I spoke to multiple neighbors and the builder who are no more than 5-15 steps away from my house and they all have Comcast, so I know you service my neighborhood. I will pay to skip over the serviceability team and have a technician come out to install my services. If my home can't be service I'll pay for technician hourly wage for the time they are in my home (Yes, I'm that deseperate at this point)! Can someone please look into getting my services transferred to my new house ASAP. I work remotely, so internet is vital to my livelihood and I would like to install a security system in my house to feel safe especially with all that's going on but I need internet in order to do so, so this is vital to my safety as well. And with this virus going around and the potential for a shutdown of businesses with hotspots, this could potentially lead me to loosing my job or a large amount of pay. If you're really interested in "keeping customers connected during this pandemic", please start with me.
