Piling on with yet another story of inaccurate data usage reporting and zero help from Xfinity. We are two people who watch a little TV, stream some music and surf the web. Our internet usage behaviors have been the same the past year however our usage has grown from 300GB to 1.2TB (September to February) and we are on track for 1.5TB this month. We travel a lot also! Xfinity refuses to help or offer suggestions other than to cast aspersion on our modem manufacturer.
