I've been a comcast customer since 1986. Never been late on any bill. This time each year, I have to call comcast and beg for a decent price on my tv and internet. I've already called 3 times this month. Comcast is indifferent if I cancel all my services. Each year my bill goes up at least $10/month, but my income doesn't go up. I've asked if Comcast cares if I cancel my services and based on the 3 phone calls thus far, I've been told "no." Are there other companies or technologies that I could be using for internet? CentruryLink provides dsl to my zipcode, but I don't need a land line. Is there someone else at Comcast I should be talking to? Is there a retention phone line?
