About 2 weeks ago I noticed I can no longer view data usage in the xfinity mobile app or the website. When you first open the app in the Activity tab it used to show the data usage for all my lines under 'My Data'. Now it just shows 'Tap for details', and when you do, it redirects to a page that says 'something went wrong'. The website produces similar results. while this isn't a big deal for my unlimited lines, this can be a slight annoyance for my by-the-gig lines. The only answer I got from support was to view data usage through the billing tab, which 'works', but I can't adjust by-the-gig lines from there if I decide they need more/less data. Anyone having similar results or have any ideas? Thanks.
