As a fairly new customer, I’m a bit peaved a premium channel (Starz) was offered a month ago when I signed up for service and will be gone after 33 days. Oh, but I can buy it á la carte for $12.99/mo when it was included when I signed up. And yes, you added Epix to the package. But what if the shows I like are on Starz and I picked my package to include these channels. Now I would have to pay an extra fee? I feel like I’ve been duped at the start of my 2 year “relationship” with Comcast. Not a great way to start a customer relationship. I will look for opportunities to get Starz content without Comcast. Thanks for nothing.
