I too have been experiencing this problem for many months now. It doesn't matter if I'm using Chrome or FireFox browser. And I just switched from Windows 7 to 10. It's an ongoing problem and someone should have fixed it a long time ago. I've tried all the "fixes" suggested here but to no avail. Therefore if Comcast asks me to fill out a customer survey, I always give them a 1 or 2 - out of 5. If I didn't have a vast Comcast email account, I would have dropped them months ago.
