So randomly when I try to connect to my WiFi it says my password is wrong? Even though it is definitely the same password it's always been... When I try to log into my account it just says
"Thanks for your purchase! We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
I have had this WiFi network at my house for over THREE MONTHS. So why it says we are getting your account set up is beyond me... Can anyone help me? Why does it randomly not accept my password and why can't I log into either the Xfinity app or my account on the website? It is infuriating and I don't know what to do. Please help.
