Boy I wish I were 10 again........ I need help in connecting this new fangled thing called an Xbox One S to my primary TV. My grandkids aren't here to help right now. I have a pretty simple setup. Xfinity box gets cable signal in, HDMI cable out to TV and that's it. Now comes along the Xbox, I buy an Astro A50 wireless headset and try I to get things up and running. So this is what I did: Cable in -> Xfinity box Xfinity HDMI output -> Xbox One HDMI input Xbox One HDMI output -> TV HDMI input Xbox One optical output -> A50 Base station optical input Xbox One USB output -> A50 Base station micro input So now I fire everything up and bingo, Xbox comes on the TV, headset works great and all is fine. But now I want to watch TV so I turn off the Xbox consule and there is no Xfinity signal to the TV. So I must be connecting something wrong. A little help from the experts would be appreciated.
