4 days ago I had all channels at 228. Bucks a month. Noticed TCM was gone, so called up to add it back on my service. After that noticed ID channel stopped working. After days of talking to tech support and customer service a tech comes out, gets someone on phone and is told problem is.....ID channel is no longer in line up! I ask.....is it a coincidence it left when I upgraded my service? Was told no! Would have happened anyway! THEN....i read on line it is no longer available on new lineups but is grandfathered on old ones! REALLY! So if I wouldnt have upgraded I would still have it!!!! DISGRACEFUL. I have been a customer for over 10 years! Now looking for alternatives!
