Want to rebump this to active as it's a year old. Was there ever a solution ? All I get is well that's the way it is. No it's not, it was not like this in mid December and something changed. Hoping for any help before I up my complaint to the news media and or drop them as provider. Tech has been to my house, it's not my equipment or settings. My sister lives in fla and has the same problem.
