Ive been on with Xfinity support and no one seems to know what to do... I’ve been trying to connect my ring doorbell 2 and my amazon echo dot (both connect similarly via apps) and they both say they can’t connect to the internet. I tested to see if this was an Xfinity issue by connecting them to different internet and they both work. I’ve separated my 2 and 5 internet’s ive reset every piece of hardware we have. Anyone have other suggestions??
