I’ve tried several times to change my number to my local area code. I moved and Xfinity does not have home service at my new address. Now I am charged an extra $20 a month because I can’t get internet at my new address. Ridiculous. It’s not my fault there is no Comcast in my area. I have made it to a tier 3 “expert” and they cannot give me a new number with my local area code. I am about to file a complaint with the BBB and whoever else I can. No reply to emails. Nothing. I would like to send the phone back and cancel service. Has anyone else had this issue?
