Why are some of my incoming emails going into spam folder? I have made 3 calls to the chat line with Tech Support. They assure me it is fixed but it is not. Then they referred my problem up to a higher tech level, and they said they were going to charge me $25 for a fix! Then they called me and said "Oh, it is fixed. You won't have any more problems." I still have one person from my address book going into spam, and anything from an Amazon vendor or other vendors is going into spam. Email me.
