While opening my account for Xfinity Internet, I put in an incomplete address for my home/service address. I only put in the street number and not my apartment number. I tried to check Xfinity’s My Account for a simple fix but it’s directing me towards moving/transferring. I opened this option in hopes to fix the issue but the website is only giving me an error. I hope I can get help before my self-installation kit is shipped to the wrong address.
