Just switched packages yesterday and was told that the ID channel was no longer available on the new packages. ID is the channel I watch 70 to 80% of the time. I expressed my sadness over that to the Xfinity person. She said that I could access it through the voice control on the remote. That is incorrect!! I need to know if I can add the ID channel a la carte. I need to know right away talking to Comcast on the phone is there a labor intensive and takes forever just to ask one question. It all started when they sent me a new modem where I'm supposed to get faster speeds. That easy setup was not easy and required hours on the phone to get it connected and my phone working again just to find out my favorite channels gone.
