Hello, How can I remove someone’s access from my Xfinity streaming app. I logged into my account in a friends phone and they have not logged out and I can see they are still using my streaming services. I have changed my password, but it did not reset their app or even mine for that matter. Can someone please help me with this issue, I have tried calling customer service twice already and have not had any luck in resolving this issue. Thank you!
