I am so angry right now. I called to speak to tech support because I pay for blast internet and my speed is 59 mbps. I could not get past the voice prompts. The lady voice kept wanting to reset my model and would not let me speak to an agent. I'm LIVID!! I had already reset my modem, but to no avail. Then I tried the online chat, or what I thought was a chat feature. It was just for standard questions with no agent to speak to. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!
