There’s a reason people are cutting the cord. I just had yet another horrible experience with your customer service. She spun everything last thing she said. I’ve been a $200 a month customer for literally 22 years. They don’t care about loyalty at all. She refused to have a discussion about making sure I had the channels I wanted. They’re dropping Starz as an included package and charging for it now - but making it seem as if Starz is at fault. I’m done with this company. Have Xfinity not heard of cord cutting? I'm a 20 year subscriber, paying, as shocking as this sounds, $50,000 in that time. I'll take my business elsewhere - there are tons of options today.
So what's really happening? Can you at least address this and keep your website up to date? I'm not paying a cent more than I do today and will absolutely cancel if this moves ahead.
"Starz a la Carte Channel Changes"
Beginning on December 10, 2019, we will be reducing the number of Starz channels we offer while continuing to offer the main Starz channel and all Starz On Demand content. Starz will continue to be available to you a la carte through the end of December, and we are working hard to reach a deal with Starz to preserve the right to offer you that option beyond December 31. On December 10, the following Starz channels will be removed from our channel lineup:

We pay programmers like networks, local TV station owners and others for the ability to bring their programming to you. We regularly review our programming and sometimes make changes to ensure we're offering a wide variety of programming at the best value. We look at a variety of factors, including customer viewership and programming costs when making these decisions. Given this, we decided to replace all Starz channels included in packages with EPIX. This will help us manage programming costs that are passed on to our customers while continuing to make this content available to those who want to watch it. On December 10, 2019, the following Starz channels and associated on demand content will be removed from packages:
