We were informed yesterday that this morning, our internet cable will be cut due to rennovations to the apartment below us. Our landlord green-lighted this without informing us as the repairman told us he was going to instead. I asked for a technician to come tomorrow and Xfinity is charging me $39.99 for the visit to restore our internet. Is there any way to not be charged since it isn't our fault? I don't know if our landlord will pay us. Is there anything we can do?
