I spent days attempting to get my phones unlocked from XM. They had me make tickets that nobody ever called/responded to... I called multiple times to just be told they made a ticket and are unable to help the ticket will be resolved they said. But not one call or response from anyone. Finally, after days and days of me asking for the unfreeze codes a gentleman finally was able to just give them to me... after 10 people said they couldn't! However, the gentleman also told me why the unfreeze code works! They mixed up the unfreeze and unlock codes! So the unlock code they gave me the first time was actually the unfreeze code, vice versa! XM please get your stuff together.... many people probably never get their phones unlocked because of errors in your company... we pay thousands of dollars for our devices and getting those devices unlocked is a big deal. Getting the incorrect code and then having to speak with people that are unwilling to help, obviously isn't very good customer service either. So please, get it together XM!
